The Caveman diet plan is a diet plan that revolves around eating foods that a caveman would have eaten. This means eating natural and unprocessed foods. Sounds healthy right? Well, there’s more to it which is what I’m going to dive right into.
Before beginning any diet you should become well acquainted with it. You should learn if it’s healthy long term and if it’s something that you can maintain. Does the caveman diet plan pass these qualifications?
While the caveman diet plan may sound like a fad diet, it really is one of the healthiest diets out there. Focusing on healthy types of foods and avoiding processed foods, it’s hard not to reap many health benefits on this diet.
One of the biggest benefits of this diet is that you don’t have to count calories. All you have to do is eat the “allowed” foods and avoid the “bad” foods. The hardest part of this is that the “bad” foods are many foods that people eat on a usual basis.
